Renfrew Community Council is pleased to launch a raffle in aid of the Stroke Association and Renfrew Community Council, with tickets available now at £1 per strip.

The Stroke Association does vital work supporting people affected by stroke, including stroke survivors, families, carers and loved ones. A stroke can change someone’s life in an instant, and the support available afterwards can make a real difference to recovery, confidence and quality of life.

The charity works to provide practical support and information for people rebuilding their lives after stroke. It also funds important research into stroke prevention, treatment and recovery, helping to improve understanding of stroke and how people can be better supported after it happens.

As well as providing support and funding research, the Stroke Association campaigns for better stroke care so that people affected by stroke can receive the help they need, when they need it.

By taking part in this raffle, you will be helping to support a cause that matters to many families and communities across the country, while also helping Renfrew Community Council continue its work locally.

There are two great prizes available:

1st prize: a signed dartboard by Mitchell Lawrie, WDF World Open Youth Champion and JDC World Youth Champion.

2nd prize: a children’s magnetic dartboard.

Tickets are £1 per strip.

To buy tickets or find out more, please visit our Gala Day Stall on Sunday 7th June.

Thank you to everyone who supports the raffle. Every ticket bought helps raise funds for a very worthwhile cause and supports work in our local community.

Please share this update with family, friends and anyone who may be interested.
