Japan Karate Academy (Shitokai Scotland)

Japan Karate Academy offers friendly, structured karate classes for children, young people and adults, welcoming beginners right through to more experienced students. Classes focus on confidence, discipline, fitness and traditional Shitoryu karate in a supportive environment.

Who it’s for:Children aged 5+, youths and adults of all abilities.

Where: Renfrew Leisure Centre

When:

• Tuesday & Thursday

  • Children: 6:00–7:00pm

  • Youths & Adults: 7:00–8:00pm

• Saturday

  • Children: 9:15–10:15am

  • Youths & Adults: 10:15–11:30am
